Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you would like to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging and in a clean, resaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

If your item is not faulty, not damaged, and matches the colour and size you originally ordered, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

In these cases, once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is unworn, unused, in its original form and resaleable condition, we will refund the product price to your original payment method.

If the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is not in a resaleable condition, we may not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Where an item is defective, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item (for example, an incorrect size or colour), we will make this right and will cover reasonable return shipping costs once your return has been approved.

You must let us know about any return request within 14 days of receiving your order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible at info@lillemy.com if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or
  • you receive the wrong item (for example, an incorrect size or colour).

This allows us to review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund and/or return label as appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

As Lillemy only sells clothing, our exceptions are simple and limited. We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used, worn, washed or damaged clothing
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items that are not in a clean, resaleable condition
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on items that show signs of wear or use.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size, colour or item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate new order for the item you would like instead.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods under this cooling-off right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
