2. Orders and Payments
Orders may be placed as a guest or through an account. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, and we accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
We do not store, access, or retain customer card details. All payment information is encrypted and handled by secure third‑party processors.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery time varies by region and customs procedures.
- UK: approx. 2 working days
- Europe & North America: approx. 7 working days
- Rest of world: dependent on local conditions
Shipments are sent using delivery partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, UPS, TNT and their regional affiliates.
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is not provided.
4. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
If approved, refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees are non‑refundable as they cover a fulfilled service.
Returns failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted.
5. Product Information & Certification
Product materials and specifications are detailed on item pages. Lillemy garments are made using 100% pure Merino wool, OEKO‑TEX® Certified and Mulesing‑Free. Supporting documentation can be provided to verified entities upon request.
6. Intellectual Property
The Lillemy name, logo, product images and all visual content on this website are intellectual property of Lillemy Ltd.
Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction or distribution of any such assets is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we work to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders as necessary.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs, logistics or unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any related charges may be applied by the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lillemy Ltd does not collect or cover any import-related fees, and we are unable to estimate or control these charges. We advise customers to check with their local customs office before placing an order, particularly for deliveries outside the United Kingdom.
If the recipient refuses to pay the required duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to Lillemy Ltd, a refund will be issued for the product cost only.
Shipping charges, return costs, and any other related fees will not be refunded.
